Experiences

Waivers can be signed before arrival by sending THIS LINK to your guests/guests parents along with the game date, game time, and activity (i.e. Activity: Laser Tag). You can also fill out waivers on arrival during the check-in process.
New waivers are required for each visit.

Reservations are an hour long, time starts at the top of the hour and ends when the hour is up. How you choose to spend your hour is up to you. The hour includes briefing, gear up, game play, group photos, and gear down.
Game play will be shortened if you and/or your party:
Arrive late
Do not listen to instructions
Distract fellow players during the briefing
Using bathrooms and/or storing belongings after your session has started
If 50% of your players arrive 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled/rescheduled. If anyone in your party arrives 35+ minutes late, they will be unable to join the session.

Laser Tag - Players under 8 y/o may struggle with using our equipment and understanding the game play. Players are required to carry our 7 lb metal equipment and 2 lb vest without risk of safety to self/others, or risk of damage to equipment. Employee may remove player(s) from the game if risk is present.
Nerf - Players under 8 y/o may not be strong enough to engage the reloading mechanism on our Nerf equipment. We have several models with varying difficulty and if we’re unable to find equipment that is suitable, the player may be removed until dodgeball.

A staff member will assist in team creation. For Public Sessions we often split every group in half, but you can always request to stay together.
Our goal is to create teams that are as even as possible. Once players are in their equipment, the staff is unable to intervein. We suggest the following:
no 5 vs. 10 player teams. Difference of 1 player only
no kids vs. adults
no experienced vs. unexperienced players (includes previous LXA experience or video games)

Laser Tag - You can bring your own sights, they must have a picatinny rail attachment style and you must bring your own tools. LazerX Arena is not responsibility for damage to personal sights. Use at your own risk.
You can also bring your own headsock or hat. Baseball caps must be worn backwards to not block headband sensors.
Nerf - Yes, you can bring your own Nerf equipment. If you require different ammo than rival rounds, you will need to supply and keep track of the ammo.

While we'd love to accommodate extra players, we do have a limitation on extra equipment. We can only promise 18 spots, as equipment can come in and out of maintenance without notice. We'd be able to confirm the ability to run extra players the night before, or day of the event. If we are able to accommodate extra players, there will be an additional per person charge.

Yes, the vest and headbands have adjustment straps to fit all body sizes except smaller children. The straps can only be tightened so much and it may fit loose. If there’s a risk of tripping or a safety hazard, we may remove the player from the game.

While it’s not a rule or standard, we find our morning/afternoon weekend games are filled with younger ages or families. Our evening games after 7-8PM tend to be adults.

All equipment is sanitized after use. Guns and safety equipment are wiped with a non-toxic/skin safe sanitizer. Vests and Headbands are sprayed with a sanitizing/deodorizing solution.
Headsocks are washed after every use.
Event Spaces

Allowed: Outside food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Delivery services (pizza, catering, uber, doordash, ...). We do have a fridge/freezer in the lobby for storage of items.
Not Allowed: Alcoholic beverages, water pistols, or confetti/glitter.
Provide yourselves: Plates, napkins, cutlery, candles, lighters, and any decorations you might require (while we do have some stock in the building, it's a random collection from previous parties and we cannot promise availability).
Strongly encourage: Water bottles or bottled water (we do have drink and snack vending machines and water bottles for sale at the front desk) and a cart to get items into the facility from the parking lot.

Piñata and banners are only allowed in the Party Room. You are welcome to bring any tape, hooks, or supplies you may need. Just be sure to clean up after yourself (no confetti or glitter).

The Party Room comes with a sound system that connects via bluetooth, and AUX which Party Room guests are allowed to utilize. Unfortunately, the Lobby sound system does not have a guest interface.

Our front desk staff will be focusing on checking in your guests for your event, ensuring waivers are signed. We can’t guarantee they will be available for assistance.

Yes! Many pizza chains in the area deliver to our location. Including Dominos, Pagliacci, and Zeeks. You can also use food delivery services like Uber and Doordash.
Just let the front desk know what name is on the delivery. When the delivery person arrives we can direct them to you.

We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before your reservation starts. This helps with the waiver/check-in process. If we do not have 80% of players by the time your session starts we may have to wait which could result in less game time. If we do get the session started, late players will have to wait to be briefed separately. Players arriving 35+ minutes after the session has started will not be able to join.

Parents will need to check-in their kids waiver, but they do not have to stay at the facility. We do require one adult/guardian to stay if any players are under 16 years old.

To give us notice, please call our facility, leave a voicemail or send us an email containing your name/name on the booking, booking time and date.

We can reschedule your event at any time. Just make contact with us via phone call, voicemail, or email. You’ll be sent a link to reschedule your booking thru the website at your own convenience. The link will expire in a year.
Maximum of 2 reschedules per booking, otherwise booking will be canceled without a refund.

Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
You have expressly agreed to participate, join, enter, use, play and/or access to LAZERX ARENA at your sole risk. LAZERX ARENA does not warrant the reliability, accuracy, completeness, current or error-free of the product, content and materials included.
LAZERX ARENA shall not be responsible for any risk, hazard, danger, security, thread, safety and/or protection from LAZERX ARENA.
LAZERX ARENA is a live event so once the booking is confirmed; refunds are not accepted within 48 hours of the game.
LAZERX ARENA reserve the right to update or modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
LAZERX ARENA reserves the right to refuse the service if participants are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We suggest booking for the maximum player amount your expecting. We can always lower the player count and apply a refund (refer to refund/cancelation policy), but we can’t always add players to your reservation if the session gets booked.

Yes, payment is required in full if booking thru the website. We do require deposits if booking a Facility Rental or larger party (over $750) over phone/email with staff assistance.

We suggest checking your spam folder as our confirmation emails tend to get moved. You can also check your CUSTOMER AREA to see your bookings.

Yes, but please check our booking page/schedule for availability. If we do not have any sessions available when you walk-in we will not be able to accommodate.
If you see availability, but you’re just missing a spot for 1 person. Give us a call, we may be able to accommodate the extra player.

Currently we do not offer any online gift vouchers or gift cards.
If you visit the store you can ask to purchase a voucher card which is a single player code that can be applied on the website.

Unfortunately no, our experiences are quite intense and require some strength and rule understanding. The arcade is suitable to entertain younger children, but adult support is suggested.
